Situated 0.8 km NW of Cilcain in a field opposite Tre-lan farm.
History
Probably early C19, the kiln was built to supply the farm with lime for the fields.
Exterior
Large kiln approx. 3m high with tall arch suitable for entering with a cart. Partially obscured by vegetation at time of 1995 survey.
Reason for designation
Listed as a massive and well-preserved example of a farm lime kiln.
