The list description is not intended to be a complete inventory of what is listed: it is principally intended to aid identification. By law, the definition of a listed building includes the entire building (i) and any structure or object that is fixed to the said building and ancillary to it and (ii) any other structure or object that forms part of the land and has done so since before 1 July 1948, and was within the curtilage of the building, and ancillary to it, on the date on which said building was first included in the list, or on 1 January 1969, whichever was later.

Located on the E side of the farmyard of Llach-doll farm.

Barn of the mid C19, bult by the Maesllwch Estate. Stone, with slate roof. Five bays, with cartways with full height boarded doors in the 2nd and 4th bays under cantilevered short pent roofs. Two doors in both end bays, which are extended symmetrically under a continuation of the roof slopes at the rear. Two tiers of slit vents in centre bay, and the upper tier in the end bays. Three tiers of slit vents in gable end.
Interior
Half-height cross walls to the end bays. Roof has raking struts from ties to principal rafters.
Reason for designation
Included as a well preserved example of a mid C19 barn, and part of a fine group of estate building associated with the C19 farmhouse.
