Exterior
History: Early C18 cottage named Hen Efail on the Tithe apportionment of 1842. Exterior: Timber framed house, possibly originally of 2 bays, single storey with attics, with axial chimney stack. Whitewashed brick infilling and slate covered roof. Framing 2 panels high with slighter cross noggings and long tension braces. The framing is partially replaced by brick at the rear. C20 windows. Interior: Not accessible and for sale at time of inspection. (October 1995). Listed as a good late example of the timber frame tradition and notwithstanding later alterations.
