Located in open countryside to the east of Rossett Road, approached by a private drive and with walled garden to front.
Exterior
C18 2-storey and attic red-brick, front of three bays, the outer two of which are gabled with kneelers. Later additions including lean-to wing to the west. Top storey with painted dummy windows to gable ends. Near flush small-pane cross-frame windows below. Central round-arched entrance with fanlight.
Interior
Inspection not possible at time of re-survey in 1995 but recorded as retaining good staircase and other original internal detail.
Reason for designation
Listed for its special interest as a surviving example of an C18 farmhouse.
