Situated by river Arth just SE of Pont Aberarth, facing NW over corner of minor lane to Llanddewi Aberarth church.
Exterior
History: Earlier C19 farmhouse, marked on 1843 Tithe Map.
Description: Rubble stone with slate roof, and stone end stacks, larger to right. Two-storey, three-window range of hornless 12-pane sashes and centre fielded 6-panel door with overlight. Stone voussoirs. Lower two-storey service wing to right with end stack and one-window range of 12-pane sashes, the lower one with stone voussoirs. Six-pane casement in gable end wall, and curved corner into yard.
A well-preserved late Georgian farmhouse, of group value with Pont Aberarth.
