History
Probably early C19, constructed in the picturesque style of the Trevalyn estate buildings in the village.
Exterior
Red brick with conical slate roof, semicircular plan, single storey. Rounded side facing house has central arched entrance flanked by circular openings. Dentil eaves cornice.
Reason for designation
Listed for group value with Holly Cottage.
