Situated on steep hillside W of the main road, on lane from Post Office to the church.
History

Exterior
Sandstone rubble with slate roof, bracketted eaves and end stacks, stone to N, brick to S. Built into very steep bank with single-storey W entrance front and three-storey rear. W front has 12-pane sash each side of door with small-paned overlight, stone voussoirs. N end wall has C20 window to both lower floors. S side has C20 sash and C20 flat-roofed extension below. E front has 2-window, 3-storey elevation of 12-pane sashes with stone voussoirs.
Reason for designation
A house of unusual character in Dyfed in having so great a disparity between the two late Georgian style elevations, prominent in views W from main road.
