Location
Situated at the end of a track some 800m long, off a minor road E of Henfynyw. The track passes Sychpant halfway along its length.
History
Earlier C19 farmhouse marked on the 1846 Tithe Map as being occupied by John Jones and owned by Alban Thomas Jones Gwynne of Monachty and Llyswen. At that time the farm was approximately 35 acres.
Exterior
Whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof and stone end stacks, larger to left. Two-storey, three-window range, offset to right. Twelve-pane sashes, horned on the ground floor and centre C20 half-glazed door with overlight. Stone voussoirs.
Reason for designation
Listed as an unspoiled mid C19 farmhouse of regional type in late Georgian style.
