Situated on S side of A 482 some 1.1km SE of Aberaeron.
History
Earlier C19 Llanerchaeron estate house.
Exterior
Whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof and stone end stacks. Two-storey, three-window range. Three square 9-pane windows above with stone voussoirs, pointed openings below with stone voussoirs. Windows have intersecting tracery in heads and 6-pane casements below. Doorway is broader with ledged door.
Reason for designation
A well-preserved earlier C19 estate house, the Gothick ground floor windows similar to those on Alltwen.
