Early to mid C19 house, restuccoed circa 1900.  

Exterior
C19 house with slate roof, rendered stone end stacks, larger to R., and bracketed eaves. Two storeys with outshut rear and 3-window front offset to L. Painted rendered stone with 4-pane sashes. Raised shouldered surrounds with keystones to all openings. Late C19 timber porch with double half-glazed doors, overlight, narrow sidelights and moulded cornice. Spear- headed iron railings on rendered stone wall with spear-headed iron gate with large rendered and capped gate piers.

Listed as a well-preserved early/mid C19 house of regional character, prominent in approach to Llanon from S and probably earlier than most similar houses in Llanon.
