Full Report for Listed Buildings
The list description is not intended to be a complete inventory of what is listed: it is principally intended to aid identification. By law, the definition of a listed building includes the entire building (i) and any structure or object that is fixed to the said building and ancillary to it and (ii) any other structure or object that forms part of the land and has done so since before 1 July 1948, and was within the curtilage of the building, and ancillary to it, on the date on which said building was first included in the list, or on 1 January 1969, whichever was later.

Adjoining the former inn at the W approach of the Pont Ysbyty Ifan, in a prominent river-side location.
History
Mid- or third-quarter C19 storeyed farmhouse, built onto the former Penrhyn Arms inn, possibly on earlier foundations. A medieval coat of chainmail was found in recent times in the cellar.

Recessed 16-pane unhorned sash windows to both floors, those to the upper floor slightly squatter; slatestone lintels and projecting cills. 2-light basement window. Symmetrical 2-window rear with 6-pane sashes flanking a central boarded door and C20 casement windows above; 6-pane to the R, plain to the L. Included for group value with Pen-y-Bont, the former inn adjoining.
