History
Early C19 (probably c1815) one-and-a-half storey stable block built to serve Hendre House and supplementing the adjacent coach house.
Exterior
Of random rubble construction with hipped slate roof. Three entrances with cambered heads and recessed, boarded stable doors within pegged frames; to the R of each of the first two, a wooden-slatted 2-light window with head as before. At the far R, a wide cart entrance with similar head and boarded doors. Central boarded loading bay to upper floor with further flanking slatted windows.
Interior
This was not inspected at the time of survey (January 1997).

Included for group value with other listed items at Hendre House.
