History
Earlier C19 farmhouse, part of the Dale Castle estate.
Exterior
Farmhouse, slate-hung front wall, rendered sides and slate close-eaved roof, outshut to rear. End wall stacks, C20 brick to W, stone to E. Two-storey, three-window front of small plate-glass sashes with painted cemented surrounds with painted slate sills. Gabled roughcast added porch with S window and W side door. Wall is hung with small Pembrokeshire grey slates. Lean-to on W end. E end plate glass first floor sash and one in outshut end wall.
Reason for designation
A largely unaltered farmhouse retaining the regional slate-hanging tradition for wall cladding.
