History
Early Cl9 single storey cottage.
Exterior
Whitewashed rubble stone with imitation-slate close-eaved roof, and stone stacks with weather-coursing. Larger stack to right. Single-storey and loft, double-fronted with two small 9-pane windows and centre door, all with painted stone voussoirs. C20 half-glazed door, sash to left window, casement to right. C20 rooflight. Rendered left end wall with loft light. Outshut to rear left.
Reason for designation
A very well-preserved single storey house with good regional character.
