History
Stable range, possibly early C19, to Saethon, gentry house from C17, then part of Nanhoron estate.
Exterior
Stable range, rubble stone with slate roof, one storey and loft. Long front with widely separated window, door, window, window, door, window, the windows square with three upper panes and boarded 2 lights below. Ledged double doors, slab lintels. Matching lean-to cart sheds each end with very long slab lintels. In centre, under eaves, is blocked opening in form of lower half of a circle, perhaps once a full circle in a pedimental gable.
Interior
Pine beams and floors.
Reason for designation
A symmetrically arranged outbuilding of group value with old farmhouse and outbuilding opposite.
