Location
Situated on the summit of prominent hill about 1 km N of Mynytho.
History
Windmill tower of uncertain date, probably earlier C19 on prominent hilltop, marked on OS as Foel Fawr, but on National Trust plaque as Foel Felin Gwynt.
Exterior
Windmill tower, rubble stone, circular, battered walls. Tall N opening with slab lintel, and rough steps within wall thickness. Door on E with slab lintel.
Interior
Walls thinner at upper level. Six holes in wall at first floor.
Reason for designation
One of the few windmill towers surviving, and a prominent landmark from far across the Llyn.
