Nos 1 and 2 Danw Deg
2 second-quarter or mid C19 storeyed village houses. Of rubble construction with stuccoed front and slate roof; squat, plain end chimneys and a further, similar central chimney. The main section (No.1), to the R, is of three bays and has a central entrance via a late C19 or early C20 single-storey gabled porch; 4-panel recessed main door with rectangular overlight. Recessed 16-pane sash windows to both floors with projecting slate cills. To the L No.2, a flush 2-bay unit with shallow gable to the front; modern bargeboards. Boarded modern door with rectangular overlight to R; further, similar sashes to ground and first floors at L, with a smaller 4-pane attic window in the gable apex.
