History
Probably originally an outbuilding for Scotch Hall (now Telford Inn) and shown on 1838 Tithe Map as within curtilage of Scotch Hall. Now a house.
Exterior
Rendered single storey rectangular building with dentilled eaves and half-hipped roof, now tiled with concrete tiles. Rendered chimney-stack at rear. 6-light sash window with horns to main front. Other windows altered later. Porch with arched doorway probably added later.
Reason for designation
Listed as a distinctive canal-side building wich forms a group with Telford Inn and other listed items on the Llangollen Canal.
