History
Part of an early to mid C19 farm, associated with the Glanusk Estate.
Exterior
Rubble stone barn with cart passage offset slightly to S end, slate roof. The walls have traces of limewash. Full-height boarded doors are flanked by tall narrow breathers. Against S gable end is a small lean-to pigsty of rubble stone and a walled pen. The N gable end has stepped breathers. Modern canopy lean-tos on E and N sides.
Interior
Roof of 6 bays, the trusses of which are mostly renewed.
Reason for designation
An integral part of a well-preserved group of C19 estate farm buildings at Llwynyfedwen.
