Location
Located on the A 4085 at the southern end of Waunfawr where it crosses the Afon Gwyrfai, which here forms the Community boundary between Betws Garmon and Waunfawr.
History
Built as part of the establishment of the turnpike road in the 1820s.
Exterior
Bridge. Roughly coursed rubblestone with tooled ashlar coping. Double-span segmental arch on stone platform divided by massive cutwater on eastern side, both arches with voussoirs and arch-rings. 2 floodwater arches on the Betws Garmon side, the northern similar but smaller than the main arches, the southern very flat and low.
Reason for designation
Included for its special interest as a turnpike road bridge.
