Exterior
Five storey, 4 window building, faced in Portland stone; banded rustication.
Parapet surmounted by lion and urns. Articulated by pilasters and half columns to ends; windows grouped 1-2-1. Top storey has round-headed windows. On ground floor, 2 broad entrances to hotel and restaurant.
Reason for designation
Listed for group value with adjacent buildings.
