Probably circa 1895.
Exterior
Public house. Dutch Renaissance style. Narrow frontage of 3 storeys plus attic. Red brick with bathstone dressings including end pilasters (with floral reliefs at first floor level), cornices between floors etc. Bathstone Dutch gable framing attic window. Moulded brick parapet with inscription "Cardiff Cottage". Two storey wooden oriel window with sash glazing; flanked at first floor level by iron lanterns. Restored C19 public house front at ground level.
Reason for designation
Included as good late C19 public house frontage. Group value.
