1885. Part of same development as High Street Arcade, and in identical style.
Exterior
Shop. Stucco. Three storeys, 3 bays with pilasters and banding; parapet. On top floor, 3 horned sash windows. On first floor, 4-light camber-headed window, in form of mullion and transom window with sash glazing. On ground floor, modern shop front.
