Exterior
Six concrete ribs arranged in hexagon plan support, on brackets, cylindrical water tank. Brick infill between ribs; boarded door to SE. Smaller cylinder above tank with doorway.
Reason for designation
Listed for group value with Cardiff Central Railway Station.
