Exterior
Former house, now offices. Three storey, 3 window front. Italianate style. Stucco. Deep bracketed cornice, banded pilasters to ends, banded ground floor. Three 4-pane hornless sashes to top floor. On first floor, 3 sash windows with bracketed cornices. In ground floor, doorway isto L, shallow rectangular overlight; 2 sash windows to R.
Reason for designation
Part of a group of mid C19 former houses in Charles Street, once amongst most fashionable streets in Cardiff centre. Group value.
