Roughcast rendered to front, smooth and painted to side; slate roof with slightly overhanging and swept eaves brick corniced end stacks. Three storeys. Double fronted, a 2-window range in reveals; 6-pane casements to top floor, cross-framed casements with top-opening panes to the first and ground floor. Central doorway with gabled hood.
