Exterior
Rectangular building aligned roughly north-south. Roughly coursed rubblestone, more regularly coursed to south gable end; slate roof, some slates graded. Doorways to centre and right with small window between.

Interior not accessible at time of Survey.
Reason for designation
Included as evidence for the importance of agriculture to the subsistence livelihood of the occupants of Caeronwy-isaf, with which the cowhouse has strong group value.
