History
Outbuilding, latterly a cider-house, possibly C18 in origin. Marked on 1840 Tithe Map.
Exterior
Outbuilding, rubble stone with clay pantile roof. Main block and lower range to S. E side has single 2-light window under eaves, 2 ground floor square windows. S end has small 4-light diamond-mullion window in gable, inserted after 1984. Also added is similar 2-light in S end of lower range. N end outside steps to loft door, door to right.

Reason for designation
Included as a smaller farm building of group value with the barn and farmhouse.
