Georgian sundial dated 1767 and signed by Meredith Hughes. This has been moved to its present location in recent years from elsewhere in the garden.
Exterior
Fine Georgian sundial and base. Sandstone baluster base on a wide circular plinth; approximately 1.4m high. Moulded circular top with brass sundial; signed and dated: `Meredith Hughes fecit 1767'.
Reason for designation
Listed as a particularly fine mid-Georgian sundial and base.
