Shown on the 1840 Tithe Map, this early C19 threshing barn forms part of the smallholding.
Exterior
Roughly coursed rubblestone with large boulder quoins; corrugated iron roof. 3 bays with opposed wide central openings.

Interior not accessible at time of Survey.
Reason for designation
Included with the disused cottage with which it forms a group as built evidence of the importance of corn growing to the maintenance of a predominantly pastoral economy, the barn is a relatively rare survival of this type on a smallholding.
