About 100m south of Mounton House.
History
Part of the elaborate gardens designed for Mounton House by H Avray Tipping and Eric Francis in 1912. Despite some damage this teahouse is an important feature which has strong group value with Mounton House and other garden features.
Exterior
Constructed of stone with the main front of timber framing with plastered infill to the panels and a Welsh slate roof. Small square building with a tall gabled front, now covered over on the lower floor. The ground floor has an open window space over studwork on either side of a central open doorway, all now covered over. Above this is vertical studwork with a blocked window above, this has continuous glazing in three panels, then more vertical studding in the gable. The sides and rear of the building are incorporated into the walls of the orchard.

Reason for designation
Included as an important design feature of an early C20 garden having group value with other garden features as well as Mounton House and the ancilliary buildings, designed as a whole and constructed 1910-1912 by H Avray Tipping and Eric Francis.
