At Caggle Street, On the B4521 road approximately 500m NE of Llanvetherine.
History
Built in 1830 by the County of Monmouth. The upstream parapet carries a plaque inscribed 'This bridge was rebuilt at the expense of the County in the year of our Lord 1830. W Coney'.
Exterior
Bridge has single segmental arch with dressed stone voussoirs, parapet and string course. Projecting each side of the arch are shallow piers which rise to low flat parapet. Abutments are splayed on plan.
Reason for designation
Included as a good example of an early C19 County Bridge.
