Location
Set back from the N side of a lane which runs E off the country road between the villages of Llaneilian and Pengorffwysfa; c550m SSE of the Church of St Eilian. The garden is to the front (E) of the house.
History
Early C19, probably contemporary with the main part of the rectory building.
Exterior
The rectangular garden to the front of the rectory is enclosed by a low rubble wall topped by closely spaced railings with arrowhead finials. The principal entrance to the garden is in the E wall, directly in front of the entrance to the house. A crudely built entrance of local rubble, square stone piers and rough voussoir head to a square-headed opening; roughly embattled coping. The side entrance is close to the rectory in the S wall; dressed round arched gatepiers hung with double gates which echo the design of the railings.
Reason for designation
Included as an integral part of the group at the Rectory, contemporary with the house.
