Late C18/early C19 substantially remodelled/rebuilt in late C20 when sash windows were reinstated, door and overlight moved.

Former Georgian townhouse, attached at one side of frontage, now offices on 3 floors. Walls rendered with stucco. Three storeys. Three-window range of 12-pane sashes. Ground floor shopfront with central doorway incorporating traceried rectangular overlight. Double-gable side elevation.

Listed notwithstanding alterations as part of the continuous listed range of upper Bank Street. Group value also with the Towngate range and upper parts of High Street.
