Situated on the W side of the A477 some 600m S of the Church of Saint Teilo in Llanddowror village.
History
Single storey cottage, probably mid C19.
Exterior
Cottage, whitewashed rubble stone with corrugated iron close-eaved roof and two brick stacks, one on ridge, one on right end wall. Single storey, double fronted with board door between 2 x 4-pane sashes and a third similar sash in left end section, beyond chimney stack. This part is added, as there is a straight joint. Rendered end walls, rubble stone rear.

Reason for designation
Included as one of the best surviving single storey cottages of the region, a building type once common, now rare.
