By law, the definition of a listed building includes the entire building (i) and any structure or object that is fixed to the said building and ancillary to it and (ii) any other structure or object that forms part of the land and has done so since before 1 July 1948, and was within the curtilage of the building, and ancillary to it, on the date on which said building was first included in the list, or on 1 January 1969, whichever was later.

Location
Over the Afon Taf on the border with St Clears parish.
History
Built about 1842, when work began on the new Tenby road here. Reinforced in later C20.
Exterior
Single arched road bridge in coursed rubble stone with cut stone voussoirs to arch and flanking blank roundels in spandrels. Lower flood channels each side with matching voussoirs. Raised piers to bridge heads, and coped parapet wall on projecting course. Underside of arch reinforced in later C20 with concrete plinth and low revetment, bearing arched steel beams. Bridge sides have later C20 reinforcing rods with circular steel ties.
Reason for designation
Included, despite recent reinforcement, as a good mid C19 road bridge in the style pioneered by William Edwards, characterised by spandrel pierced for lightness and strength.
