Late C19, designed by G A Humphreys, architect and agent to the Mostyn Estate. Somewhat altered by simplification of detailing.
Exterior
Free Renaissance style, altered. Three storeys and attic. Two bays. Rendered front elevation. Wide pedimented gable to attic storey; two sash windows.
On second floor two three-light bay windows which descend to first floor; sash glazing. Modern shop front on ground floor, also three bay cast-iron verandah.
