Exterior
Hotel. Four storeys and basement, two window front. Stucco, rusticated ground floor; slate roofs, dentil cornice. On top floor, 2 square-headed windows in architraves; sash glazing, string course at sill level. On second floor, 2 sash windows in architraves with bracketed cornices. On first floor, to R, tripartite sash window; to L, splayed bay window which drops down to basement level; sash glazing. Doorway to R, round-headed with archivolt, steps with iron railings.
Reason for designation
Included as part of a group of Mid C19 buildings in important early development on sea front of planned Victorian resort of Llandudno. Group value with adjacent listed buildings.
