Exterior
Hotel. Italianate style; stucco. Four storeys and basement; 2 windows; sash glazing. Slate roof, brick chimneys dentil cornice. At top floor level, square-headed window to L, and 3-light window to R. On second floor, round-headed window to L, and window of 3 round-headed lights to R. On first floor, to R, canted bay window descends to basement level, crowned by balustrade. To L, camber-headed window over balustaded Doric porch.
Reason for designation
Included as part of a group of Mid C19 buildings in important early development on sea front of planned Victorian resort of Llandudno. Group value with adjacent listed buildings.
