Probably early C20 rebuilding on site of earlier building. Display windows recently simplified.
Exterior
Three storey classical front of 3 bays. Smooth render, painted. Parapet with Art Deco detailing. Entablature. Roman Doric pilasters to ends, and half columns to centre. Modern glazing on top floor. First floor has central window with segmental pediment; modern glazing. On ground floor, early C20 plate glass display windows surround deep lobby. Doors with Art Deco detailing. Verandah on tall iron columns.
