No 4 (Elwy) & No 5 (Tower View House) Cwlach Road, Llandudno
Pair of villas, each of two storeys, three bays. Stucco, slate roofs. Gables with pierced bargeboards, wide gables both to outermost and innermost bays and narrow gables to middle bays of each house. Each end bay with a storeyed canted three-light bay window middle bay of each house with a pointed window with interlacing tracery on first floor and a doorway with gabled canopy below. Innermost bay of each house with a plain sash window on the first floor and a canted bay window below. Front gardens to both houses enclosed by boundary walls of stone with rusticated stone piers at each end.
