Mid C19 building forming part of the sea front, the most important part of the planned Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno. Group value with adjacent listed buildings.  

Group Description
Nos 1-4 (Four Oaks Hotel) and Nos 5 & 6 (Cae Mor Hotel) Penrhyn Crescent, The Parade, Llandudno Terrace of four storeys and basement with colourwashed rough-cast render, slated hipped roof and bracketed eaves cornice; quoins, panelled band at third floor sill level incorporating shallow pediments to second floor windows, band at second floor sill level and stringcourse at first floor cill level. Sash glazing. Symmetrical front elevation of twelve bays. End blocks slightly advanced, each of 2 bays with paired segmental headed sash lights to third and second floors, second floor windows with triangular pediments on consoles and have shallow storeyed rectangular bay windows with pilasters extending down from first floor to basement. Third bay from each end with single light sash windows on all upper floors, with segmental heads on third and second floors, second floor windows with pediments on consoles and first floor windows with entablatures on pilasters and ground floors with doorways. Fourth and fifth bays from each end each have paired segmental headed sash lights on third and second floors, second floor lights with cornices on consoles and a single shallow segmental pediment over each pair; storeyed canted bay windows in each bay descending from first floors to basement. Each middle bay of terrace has a single-light window on each upper floor and articulation similar to bay three from each end (see above). Right return of 3 windows in similar style, outer bays have splayed bay windows which rise from basement to first floors.
