Belongs to a group of Nos.1-3 St.George's Place, Llandudno.
Mostyn St elevation is four storeys and attic, three windows. Rendered with slate roof, hipped to L. with gabled dormers with finials and sash glazing, Bracketed cornice, quoins, string courses. Third floor windows with quoined architraves; horned sash glazing. Windows on second floor with cambered heads, flanked by pilasters, sash glazing. On first floor, outer bays have splayed bay windows with heads, with sash glazing; central paired sash. First bay in St.George's Place is, as before but with paired sashes on 2nd floor. Then to L. slightly set back, lower (also 4-storey) 2-window block with sash glazing; top floor windows in quoined architraves, others similar but with cornices. On ground floor, modern shopfronts; verandah on slender iron columns with capitals and bases.

Part of a group of later C19 buildings on key corner site at centre of Llandudno. Group value with adjacent listed buildings.
