Group of 3 houses dating from around 1855/60.
Exterior
2-window front. On first floor, sash windows with marginal glazing bars in moulded architraves. Ground floor has a three-light window to the left hand with plain sashes, pilasters, and with cornice and turned balusters in panel over; second bay has a doorway with four-panelled door, stuccoed architrave and cornice on consoles.
Reason for designation
One of a group of houses, well preserved from early period of development of Llandudno as a resort. Group value with adjacent listed buildings.

Nos 2, 3 & 4 Tudno Street, Llandudno
Two storey row with slate roof and stucco walls. Nine windows. Bracketed eaves cornice to Nos 2 & 3; stringcourse at first floor cill level to Nos 2 & 3. On the first floor, sash windows with margin lights and moulded stuccoed architraves (lost on No4). Low stone forecourt walls with iron railings.
