History
Late C18/early C19.  

Exterior
Late Georgian housing in 2 units, no. 14 now a surgery. Painted rendered walls; slate roof with low end stacks. Three storeys. Three-window range, of 4/8-pane sashes in reveals to second floor, centre blocked; first floor has 6/6 pane sash window to left, centre blind and to right a wide flat roofed canted bay with sash window in exposed frame to each face, wider at centre, under a leaded cornice. Ground floor has adjacent panelled doors in moulded doorcases with continuous flat hood over; similar sashes to sides. Long mostly blank side elevation to no.14. Small bow- railed forecourt to each house.  

Interior
In each house the stairs rise parallel with the frontage behind the front room.  

Reason for designation
Listed as late Georgian housing. Group value with adjacent listed buildings.
