Exterior
A tall square freestone shaft, its base obscured by vegetation, and with stop-chamfered angles. The N face is inscribed '1663 RE PE'. On the top is a depression for a square plate and gnomon, but these are now missing.
Reason for designation
Listed as an early surviving churchyard sundial shaft, and for group value with the Church of St Mary.
