History
Probably late C18. When listed raised surround to doorway was in situ.
Exterior
Georgian house/shop, now office with accommodation above. Walls rendered with scored stucco; slate roof with eaves cornice. Three storeys and cellar. Single window range of sashes in reveals, 9-pane to top floor, 12-pane to first floor, tripartite with exposed frame to ground floor. Round-arched doorway left with recessed 6- panelled door up 3 steps, semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing; plinth.
Reason for designation
Listed as Georgian building, part of this historic central street which retains its character. Group value with other listed buildings in St Mary Street.
