History
Early C19 or earlier house, a pair with York House, both much remodelled after a fire in 1898. Rebuilt c1903 to designs by J Preece Jones of Tenby. Old photographs show a pair of 2 bay houses lined as ashlar with cornice and parapet, arched door to Tudor House and canted full-height bay to left at York House. Occupied by Dr A K Roche, surgeon, in 1926, Llewelyn Sports in 2001.

Exterior
Commercial premises with accommodation over, unpainted lined stucco with slate roof behind parapet. Basement and 3 storeys, 2 bays with moulded cornice. Plate glass sashes with curved bottom rail to top sash (as on Athol House). Square bay to upper 2 floors to right with paired sashes to front, and moulded cornices with small modillions. First floor windows are longer and have leaded glazed top lights. The bay window was 3-storey, now rests on C20 projecting shop. Left side has narrow similar sash (narrower than corresponding sashes of York House) to both upper floors over arched doorway with moulded stucco head. Keystone with portcullis, square stops with rosettes. C20 glazed door with plain fanlight.

Interior
Altered for shop, stairs down to basement within.

Reason for designation
Included as one of a pair of turn-of-the-century commercial facades of importance in Tudor Square.
