Mid C19 terraced house and shop, one of a row of four three-storey, 2-bay houses of similar though not identical detail including the premises occupied by Fecci's Ice Cream Parlour, the Five Arches Bookshop and Tenby Rock and Fudge. Occupied in 1977 by WGO Canton, and in 2001 by The Picnic Basket sandwich bar.
Exterior
House and shop, painted stucco with close-eaved slate roof. Three storeys, 2 bays, with 2 12-pane sashes to second floor, large centre first floor later C19 canted oriel window of 2-2-2-pane sashes with moulded cornice, and ground floor C20 painted timber shopfront with fluted pier each side, fascia and 3-pane shop window to left of recessed door.
Reason for designation
Included as one of a row of similar mid C19 terraced houses over shops with Georgian-style small-paned sash windows.
