Situated just SE of the house at Pontcowin, at the end of a track some 450m N of the former A40 and approximately 1 km NE of Bancyfelin.

History
Earlier C19 substantial range of outbuildings including barn and lofted stable.
Exterior
Outbuilding range, whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof. Two-storey. Brick heads to openings. Barn to right has large cambered-headed barn opening with double doors, square window to left, and added lean-to to right with roof carried down from main roof. Lean-to has 2 square windows and left end wall entry with double doors. To left of barn, stable with broad door between small windows, that to left narrower and longer. Small loft opening under eaves over right window. Another door to extreme left.
Reason for designation
Included as one of a pair of farmyard ranges, of group value with the house at Pontcowin.
